hi :D I am sorry, I donˋt know any places where you can get a physical copy of these PDFs. It may be possible to upload a PDF to a printing house (like lulu.com, but not lulu. You will be banned from their site), I have seen some users who have had it printed, but I donˋt know where. I have also seen some who have made the book themselves (printing, binding, etc.).
