No difference. I started having a separate file called Public Release when there were issues with the file played via browser, as it did not show up as downloadable (I assume from your question it now works as intended and you can see 179 as downloadable, which is great). It is to make sure the file is available for download.
Okay assuming it was not you, some idio... downvote even for little things like that. I'm a bit sleep deprived since yesterday and have to get a new bed after the hollidays.
