We've identified the issue, and it seems like there might be a bug in the image-saving code. Specifically, it might fail when saving to a mechanical hard drive with slower read/write speeds. Could you let us know if your C drive is an SSD or an HDD? This will help us confirm if that’s indeed the cause.

We’ll be fixing this bug and releasing a patched version right after the new update of 'NTR Master' is out.
