Yikes. I didn't try Firefox for it yet, but will do. Likely you might just need to click in the window to capture mouse. If I find an issue, I'll try to fix after the jam. Chrome works for sure...
I tried on Firefox tonight, and after clicking the screen, it gave me control and allowed me to play. Firefox might have some lock down settings that disable local storage or perhaps disable pointer capture which could be your issue.
