Sorry missed this. Pretty much playing around and seeing what works and what does not. Use Grok from time to time when I am struggling with setup and configs.
My images are currently generated using Stability Matrix with WAI-illustrious-SDXL, SDXL VAE, HiResfix and Yolo for face & hands
I then do a lot of manual editing in Photoshop for clean up and backgrounds
I am currently using Comfy UI with Wan2.2 for animations (The "Wan 2.2 14B Image to Video" is a simple one to use but you need to relink a couple of nodes for it to work)
Then I use Ezgif to convert MOVs to GIFs
Then 8Upload for SFW images and Imgbox for NSFW ones
And that is how chocolate is made... there are a lot simpler methods but I like to add a little manual editing to make it look a little more human... good luck and share you creations in here if you partake!
PS - I should add as this is all running locally, you do need a pretty chucky machine to run it all (animations especially) you can still create some pretty spicy SFW images in Grok Imagine though....
