As a chronic adhd, autistic depressive self with OCD that judges and goes through every decision she makes with a harsh lense this was sadly too relatable. I ended up falling in love with it. It was fairly well written and plenty cute, Even if the inside voice/critic felt oddly real. I did get jumpscared by the alarm clock/ringing of the phone twice, but otherwise this was perfect. I loved it!

I'm really glad you ended up loving the story! I've got a super harsh inner voice, and it was easy to give some of that to Gloomy. Not glad it resonated with you in that sense, but glad it felt real!
