Hello, maybe this list is helpful to some participants!

The key things which entrants should pay attention to when joining the game jam:
1. Read the rules carefully.
2. Choose your tools wisely. Stick to BASIC dialects and development tools which you are familiar with.
3. Decide if you’ll go solo or team. If in a team, clarify roles (coding, art, audio, design).
4. During development,  keep the project small and achievable within the time limit. A polished prototype beats an unfinished big game.
5. Focus on building around a single fun creative gameplay. Quickly prototype and improve.
6. Don't waste time to reinvent libraries. Use available ones.
7. Be flexible.
8. Test before submission.
9. Don’t chase perfection.
10. Enjoy the jam. Jams are about learning, creativity, experimentation, networking and fun.
11. Rests and pacing yourself can help you stay sharp.

Good luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Hi....I was so surprised. Why? No entry was made with AppGameKit Studio or AppGameKit Classic in this jam. I still remember that both of them were so popular several years ago. Their official forum was really active but now.......... Perhaps the whole user community was very disappointed when the operation of the official forum was stopped a few years ago. As a result, many users finally give up these two languages.

Anyway, everyone can try these creative entries now! Enjoy and vote.....yeah!!!

unfortunately, my plan was to complete this for another jam that started at the same time and use that same engine here but, by the time i'd completed it, "burn out" happened :(

Don't worry. I really want to host BASIC Jam #8 at the end of this year. Come and develop an high-quality entry in the next BASIC Jam!
