in version 1.4.11
the research faster breeding (boost coral reef speed) does nothing
i have a coral reef with sea anemone and no change to the time it takes, i used a stop watch to check if just ui bug and it is not

I am already in the midst of deploying v1.4.12, so it won't make it into the next direct update, but rest assured I have resolved it for v1.4.13 which addresses this issue, along with other potential fixes that may arise. :)
