As for the island, I can talk to Liz in the evening, but I can't seem to make any progress there either. And I don't know how to see inside the neighbors' houses again. I think your descriptions are missing some hints to help other players. 😉

Of course, I’m happy to help you with some tips so you can keep playing. By the way, I’m currently working on an update that will improve the tips and make them more detailed. I’ve received this feedback from others as well. I’ll also be reducing the “grind” so the game doesn’t suffer too much and get slowed down. However, the update will keep me busy for a few more days.
But regarding your questions:
- About Patricia: where exactly are you stuck? Has she already received the book or the exercise roller from you?
- About Liz: what exactly is your current task, or what do the tips say about Liz?
- About the neighbors: I assume you can’t see anything from the balcony anymore, have you already tried climbing out the window in your room?

For Patricia, no, none of that applies. I also can't buy them because they don't appear in the shop or the stores on the map. Is this a forgotten objective in the game, since I can't complete it? For Liz, you can talk to her and ask her questions at 8 PM, but it often doesn't work because her mood decreases since she doesn't seem to agree with the answers given.
And for the neighbors, I'll try this solution :)
Hmm, so if you’ve already talked to Patricia about her back pain, you could go up to the attic every now and then in the evening, for example, on Fridays between 10 and 11 p.m. and then talk to her again in the kitchen while you’re cleaning up.
As for Liz… have you checked her smartphone yet?

As for the neighbor, I think I've seen all the possible scenes with the binoculars and in the bank as well, and I don't know what else to do because the tip is always the same (that I can go spy on him closer).

If her door is sometimes open at night, you could sneak into her room and hide if you haven’t done that yet.
