Hello,

The update will take a little while longer; I estimate it will take at least another two weeks. However, my current priority is to revise the existing version based on the feedback, which basically means significantly reducing the grind, revamping the notification system, fixing bugs, and so on.

And of course, all of that still needs to be tested afterward.

So, in terms of content, nothing will change for now.

However, I’m working on the next chapter at the same time.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any better news at the moment. I’d much rather release the next chapter already.

Hang in there, Patricia, Liz, and the others are already really excited too ;P

Hi Zizou,

Since I’ve received a looooot of feedback saying that while the game is really good and interesting, it’s unfortunately way too grindy, and that really takes away from the fun of playing, I’m currently working on revamping the game to address this.

So the next update won’t change anything in terms of content for now.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to be patient a little longer until I’m able to add another chapter.

But I’m really happy to hear that there are people like you who are excited to see how the story unfolds.

All the best

Hi Diego,

To get Taylor to start working at your restaurant, here’s what you need to do:

- I’m assuming you’ve already been to the gym. Once you’ve worked out there a few times, you’ll meet Paul, the owner.

- At some point when you go to the gym, the front desk will be “unmanned.”

- From now on, you can run into Taylor by chance in the evenings while she’s jogging on the promenade. Talk to her there.

- After that, you should talk to Paul at the gym about Taylor, and then talk to Taylor at the front desk.

- Talk to Taylor again on the promenade in the evening, and she’ll promise to think about your offer and visit you later at the restaurant.

- Optionally, you can rub it in Paul’s face at the gym and tease him about it ;P

Absolutely right.

In the next chapter, the story continues with the two of them on board.

Thank you so much for your praise, I'm really glad you like it.

Then I'll definitely take a closer look at that.

And congratulations!

Hey, thanks for pointing that out.

I checked it out, but unfortunately I couldn’t find any errors in the code on the spot. Of course, that doesn’t mean I didn’t miss something.

No one has reported this yet.

Just to be safe, I’ve added an extra check, but it won’t take effect until the next update.

Actually, once you’ve paid Steve (whether it’s Sunday afternoon or in front of the restaurant), he should leave you and your restaurant alone for the rest of the week.

The same goes if you beat him up in the side alley.

I’ll try to recreate your situation over the next few days.

Please let me know if this happens again in your new game.

Best regards

So you showered for Liz, too? And did you bring it up with her afterward?

I think you're done with Patricia for the demo version.

If her door is sometimes open at night, you could sneak into her room and hide if you haven’t done that yet.

Then you’ll be done with the neighbors for the demo version, too. What about Taylor at the gym? Is she ready to work with you?

Has Steve been there and “talked” to you yet?

Best regards

Hmm, so if you’ve already talked to Patricia about her back pain, you could go up to the attic every now and then in the evening, for example, on Fridays between 10 and 11 p.m. and then talk to her again in the kitchen while you’re cleaning up.

As for Liz… have you checked her smartphone yet?

Best regards

Hi Zizou,

Of course, I’m happy to help you with some tips so you can keep playing. By the way, I’m currently working on an update that will improve the tips and make them more detailed. I’ve received this feedback from others as well. I’ll also be reducing the “grind” so the game doesn’t suffer too much and get slowed down. However, the update will keep me busy for a few more days.

But regarding your questions:

- About Patricia: where exactly are you stuck? Has she already received the book or the exercise roller from you?

- About Liz: what exactly is your current task, or what do the tips say about Liz?

- About the neighbors: I assume you can’t see anything from the balcony anymore, have you already tried climbing out the window in your room?

Best regards

If Patricia is looking for documents on the shelf in the basement, you should be able to ask her about the door in the basement.

Hey, no, unfortunately I haven't set that up yet

Hi, if you're supposed to bring Liz some milk for breakfast, you can “accidentally” spill it, once your Cleverness is at least 18. She'll then go to the bathroom, and you can take her smartphone...
