SPOILERS
I do really like this the game, it's certainly well made for something created in 24 hours. You really nailed the atmosphere, especially during the part where you are in the bathroom stall and hear the footsteps outside. Overall, it's a nice and short horror experience.
For the things that could be improved, the most obvious one is the dialogue. There's not much of it there, but a lot of it is misspelled or just strangely phrased. For example, after you use the urinal, you get a message of "I need to bathroom." and it's not immediately obvious that you have to open one of the bathroom stalls, get inside and interact with the toilet. Thankfully, the whole game takes place in just one room, so it doesn't take long to try every interactable object. But you should keep this in mind if you ever make a game that takes place in a larger area than just one room.
And after you lock the bathroom stall and interact with the toilet, the game doesn't have any direction as to what you should do next and you just walk around the stall, trying everything, until the next scene triggers. So, after you interact with the toilet, it would be a good idea to add one more line from the protagonist that hints towards that. Something like "I should wait here until that costumed freak leaves. I don't trust him." or similar. Just to make it obvious to the player that they aren't missing anything and just have to wait.
The ending is also a bit of a mixed bag. The lead-up to it is great, but it just ends with a 2D picture plastered on the screen with the 3D environment around it still visible and that just feels cheap and more like a placeholder (which is probably what it is, given that the game was made in just a day).
It would be much better if we could see the Bunny Costume Guy break inside the bathroom stall or even just suddenly appear inside the stall, behind the protagonist, lunge towards them and then it fades to black with a scream or something.
I really like the game overall though, keep making games like these, you seem to have a talent for them!
