Here's a breakdown of the Yosuke quest so far:

- attend Friday party

- meet Yosuke at night day after party

- get the thing for him from science student (random event during the day)

- attend 2nd party

- meet up with yosuke again to give him the thing, he will ask for pizza

- cook pizza in the kitchen

- meet up with yosuke, he will point you to kan's room

- attend party to break into Kan's room to get lab key

- run until you reach lab

As for running shoes, try running at night in the city, you'll meet a specific vendor you've probably already met at the party

Why didn't I see Yoshike after I attended the party?

Your question is too vague, after first or 2nd party? Did you do the nanotransistors quest, or pizza quest?

I've got the key now, how can I meet up with Yosuke to go to the factory (I don't remember the name)

Just run until you reach lab door, if you can start from countryside to save time and stamina
