Great job! Honestly the control are very fun and I like the metroidvania-ish map. Really my only critique is that the whole darkness effect over all toxic areas makes the game a bit hard to see. Still that may just be my monitor. Great work!
Yeah it can sometimes be a little hard to see in a bright area. It should be a little easier if you turn off the lights in whatever room you're in.
