Dang all of this within 8 hours is killer! The pigeon character also has charm to them, which, I feel like is kinda hard to do when making something quick!
I feel like I'm gonna reference "Gurmy Wurmy" at some point, and have already saved the gif of your pigeon on discord lol.

I wanted to make something reminiscent of the animation factory old style 3D gifs. I often speed-model from reference and you get pretty fast with it if you can skip the retopology steps like if its only used in a render. The reference for the character (I am not a 2D artist) was rather crude so I just improvised on the fly.
