Now that Na'ja is finally back in the game again, how do we get the implant for Ivan there? I've looked all over the place on the planet and the only thing I've found that could be it is a ??? option at the souvenir shop I haven't unlocked yet.

Currently, after you recruit Ivan he begins sending messages to your inbox, and one results in the quest to retrieve the implant from the gift shop.
