Hello, Itch.io says that Payouts are processed within 10 - 14 days, but its been 15 days. My tax status is fine & validated, and I have previously received payouts from itch.io. Does anyone know why this might be occurring, I really appreciate if the admins look into this matter.
Additionally, all of my assets are not indexed on itch, I've tried contacting support but I received no response from several days. My assets are high quality so I think quality should not be the issue. Its been few months, I'm getting sales, but not from Itch discovery, but from external sources. I am worried what might be the issue, if there is something wrong on my side, let me know please.

Edit: I did already read all docs related to this, for example this and the other one about Payouts, as well as indexing docs from itch.io. Also tried asking in reddit, but they sent same link as above. And I do have some traffic coming from outside, so everything is being followed as docs tell.
