As someone who regularly goes to the sauna and has red wine, I cannot tell you a more vomit inducing thing than drinking red wine that gets heated to a smooth 60-80 degrees celcius while you're sweating. Maybe after the sauna, or before, but not during. In a sauna you'll want an actual refreshment, like a cold beer or just plain water.
