This is great! After trying it out, I had a thought. Is it possible to get this vertex and texture jittering affect... without movement from the camera being required. Maybe jittering based of a user determined millisecond value? Right now, if there's no movement from the camera, there's no jitter. Maybe this is just how it works, but I thought I'd ask.
