The effects of the Giant Spider's Web and Poison seem to be missing.

The poison was written as an additional d4 STR damage (hence the 'see above', but I appreciate it's not particularly clear). However, today I would instead use something similar to the Giant Aquatic Spider
The webbing is for the Warden to rule on - it could be an alternate action for a spider to take instead of biting, or represent a hazard in the environment that complications player character actions.
