i acidentally added this on my collectioins list how can i remove it
help my mom saw it.

Assuming you're using a browser,
-> Go to https://itch.io/my-collections
-> Go to the collection you want to edit
-> Hover over the game you want to remove, there should be a Remove button on the bottom-right
