There's a good chance they'll exist as NPC planes such as the Tu-95 or C-130, but they won't be flyable.

You can already reload when at an airfield in the current demos, though if it stays that way depends on how loadouts will work with the new version of the game.

hmm interesting, and yet, if somehow you can create a multiplayer, although in a single game, you can also make a pointer like a war thunder, i.e. where you need to shoot to get on the plane with a machine gun of a distant and not very distant, is it possible to implement this?

Anything is possible with enough time and money, but I don't have a lot of either so I pick and choose my fights. If you haven't already read it, I recommend you read the FAQ.
