You failed the Quest. Thane Food testing is limited to one week. You need to foodtest all three Diches before going into the Snow Mountain area. Reload an old save file or except your failiure.
damn I’ve been using the guide and it said that I won’t fail any quests once finishing the second arc that’s too bad
