Incredibly polished visuals, but it fails the Fun Test. Not enough player agency or interesting choices for my tastes, and doesn't bring anything new to the table. It's trying to be Balatro with dice but fails to understand what makes the former a great game.
When I first read the instructions I was excited to think there might be some kind of other board game mechanics coming into play (the allusions to cheating with various other game pieces) but it turns out no, it's just relics/jokers/powerups. :(
Messed around for one game, won the second, and didn't feel any satisfaction because I barely did anything notable or clever to win.
