Просто выходи на пробежку как можно чаще и продолжай бегать пока не добежишь до лаборатории, она появится после того как пробежишь всю локация Countryside. Упрёшься в закрытые двери, там нужен будет ключ которого у тебя нет, заканчиваешь забег и в ближайшую ночь пробуешь встериться с Yoshike дальше просто читай диалог и всё поймёшь
