For Kate, you need to do her quest, is not just going ahead and taking her picture, you need to meet her at 3 locations in the City so that she gets comfortable with you and THEN take the picture again so is her smiling.
For Alice, the quest is not fully out so that's the end for now. There's a bug that causes it to only display the "to be continued" if you did specific choices.
For Vanessa, after you finally get with her and have sex she is no longer a random encounter at the church, you have the choice to look for her just like selecting to go to Anna or look for Alice.
Astrid's has a typo, the minigame is on Mondays instead of Fridays
Samantha's can get stuck but is mostly just visually on the questlog and you'll be able to progress.
