Hi thank you for reporting the bug, I'm improving the ally units to be aggressive to nearby enemies. There will be a huge update in next month!
"Drag to reposition" sorry for not being clear enough but you can drag the "Buy Unit" icons to reposition the group of units, not individual because there are a lot of units.
