I literally don't have the time to play the new update at all, so the simple answer from me is..
I'm so sorry, I do not know exactly how to do that, since I never actually play the Shower Scene myself.

I'm too busy with other things, such as writing guides, making tutorial videos, helping people on Itch.io, helping people on Discord, and lots of mod testing.
I literally got no time to actually play the game.

I'm going back to bed. 🛏️💤

Okay, I got the proper answer now.

It's easy.
You just need to click the position and change it to "Thigh Job".
