I just finished reading my copy from the library! This is a really cool world and I can't wait to read the next one. It was joyful to watch the characters grow and learn and come into themselves. The care the protagonists have for each other and their people was so fierce. I think the hopefulness in this is very important for our Current Times.

yeah I don't think I'll ever be an EdgyTM writer because I think at my heart I always want to tell hopeful stories with people who are fundamentally kind in their own ways. (but that means I can appreciate those who do edgy stories SO MUCH)
