I'm da king of Cheesecago!
Nice job, for me the best part was the writing and how the whole premise was very coherent - you really nailed that. Solid design decisions throughout, e.g. sending mice to jail instead of permanently removing them, made it feel not too punishing.
To nitpick on a couple of things:
Being able to fail a mission at any point feels pretty bad - rebalancing it so instead you're trying to keep the bar from filling up would maybe feel better?
Other than that, it would be nice to have a little more juice and satisfying interactions, because in the end it's a game where you click through menus which you have to do over and over again. Just stuff like e.g. picking up and dragging mice into the roster, or some more sound effects for different events (alarms going off, safe getting smashed, intimitating squeaking, etc...) things like that would have made the whole experience wayy more engaging IMO.
