This happened right after speaking to the slime after the buff slime in light Forrest. It was running smoothly before this so I hadn't thought to save at all :(

If it helps: I play on Android using JoiPlay

I'm not sure if it's something I can fix on my own as this is the first time using JoiPlay, but just thought to post ahead of time instead of fucking around in the settings

Update: Restarted, remembered to save before interacting, this time I chose to interact with the slime on the right and the same thing happened

I'm sorry, I can't really help with any android versions, since the bug is most likely on joiplays side. Are there any updates or (rpg maker mv) plug-ins you've forgotten to download before playing? That's all I can think of.

I found a work around: I have to use the virtual keyboard to interact, however it doesn't work all the time and I'll have to reopen the game from the last save to pick up where I left off. It does great to remind me to save constantly but it's tedious.
