Where can this be found? Also where are the links for the Hong Kong additional materials.
I can help you find that on roll20, since I understand the usage there and prefer it if Google Drive isn't your jam. To get started there, 1. Create New Game, 2. Be sure to select Runners in the Shadows from the Game System drop-down. 3. This will populate the sheets with tons of data, most of which is largely invisible until you either: (a) change a character's playbook name to one from the text, or (b) switch playbook modes (there are three such modes, or character sheet "types": character, crew, and faction). Each type has its own logic and prefilled details. There is a fully-featured Implants sheet for each character as well.
The Hong Kong / Additional Materials are all found using the Download button. If I've got it right, you'll need to scroll down once that page is visible to see them on some devices though. Lmk if you are still having issues, I'll link it more directly in a PM or something (they're not paywalled, included with demo even, but I do want to let others like you know where they might find them on their own).
Foundry-Runners usage is still mostly a mystery to me, but I'll help with what I do know: Foundry is module-based, the tools for Runners are hosted by Foundry, but built by community members (so YMMV). You'll want to use their campaign builder tools to include all the general FitD modules to start (I think?), then you replace some of those with the Runners-specific ones available (this is where my knowledge on usage is weak)
