I have a strange situation on the "Crew Inspection Area" screen. I will scroll the image to the right (with the mouse), but at some point it returns to its original position.
this is a technical limitation of this game engine. You can either use the cursor keys for scrolling or you can scroll very slowly so that the dynamic movement has stopped when you release the mouse.
