Hi, maybe It's been asked already, but If i wanted to give a "fiery aura" effect to something already animated (for example a walking character), how could I do that? How can i make so that the warping effect follows the legs moving? Thanks!

If you need an example I can email it to you or something.

Hi Pxalot! At the moment, the wave warp feature only works on a single frame image and generates the animation from that. It doesn’t yet support applying the effect across multiple existing frames in a layer, so it won’t follow something like a walking cycle.

As a workaround, you could try creating an aura that covers both legs (or the whole character), then apply the wave effect to that.

This is a really good idea though, I might consider adding support for this in a future update.

Also, my Reflecto plugin can create a wave/ripple effect on a selected layer and apply it across all frames. You might want to experiment with that, although it has limited control over the wave direction since it’s mainly designed for reflection effects.

Thank you, I'll give it a try!
