Hi i was wondering how the Tome high blasphemy works, are the Engravings chrages, slots to store spells for cgarges, or what?

Engravings are the abilities themselves. It works like a spell book, you take a CAT amount of engravings (blasphemy abilities u copied) into a hunt, and can use them with a psyche burst like a normal psychic ability.
