Engravings are the abilities themselves. It works like a spell book, you take a CAT amount of engravings (blasphemy abilities u copied) into a hunt, and can use them with a psyche burst like a normal psychic ability.

its in a lore doc i wrote for myself, in the updates that are coming up i will prolly mention more abt the peace treaty of Clemens, but bottom line is - all the factions that existed at the time (satan, morningstar, the old wielder of War and CAIN) except mother brigitte attended and agreed to a cease fire in the 18 hundreds.
