Check the "Demos" section of the game page for the character sheet.You shouldn't have been charged for a game you've already bought. I'll try to figure out a solution on my end.
Same here. Just purchased the sheet and I got the base game. A little more info, in my library, it looks like I purchased the base game, not the player sheet.
