Hey thank you for the question. I would like to return to this some day. I had kids which made it impossible to make time for it then, and now I have to focus on projects that I can make money from :( However, it was supposed to be almost entirely a remake or Clone of an old game I used to play called "Master of Orion" (MOO) An old DOS game which was impossible to find, but now you can find this game on gog and I think even Steam, both  usually for really cheap. And theirs has all the features including the Ship Battles, Troop Transfer battle animation scenes, Ship Building, Fleet Management, Research Tree, and all. It is one of my all time favorite games, and I was just trying to make a fun little game as an homage to MOO. I would recommend getting it and giving it a play. Even their modern versions are fun too. But to me, the old DOS version is just something special.

Oh yeah I played MOO back in the day, a solid classic. Because of that (and a few other lost 4Xs) I'm always on the lookout for games like it. I understand your position though. Thanks for making it even in the form it's in!
