can you get it to show in paint? is it a .png or .jpeg picture? I’m not really familiar with GIMP but if you can get it to show in paint then I believe you can size it to the right size in there and just use a converter to convert to dds
Required me to export it to a dds file. It has to be 2048x2048 from what I’m reading, every time I export it converts to 2048x1900.
I was using gimp because it’s free, I’ll buy paint.net and try it there.
