Giants 1.11 strikes again. Unable to change placeable colors.

You're releasing the best buildings in '25 right up there with Ikas, keep it up and thank you!

He already has for the ‘22 version. I won’t post the link here as Autodrive guy does not want his work reposted but you can find it.

The ‘22 course works very well for fields and roads as FarmwithMike has left the map layout the same.

You will have to fine tune sell point entries and exits as the ‘22 course bumps into grain elevator entries. It’s not hard to adjust them.

Excellent thank you for leads/ Farmer Bob

Very nice!

Mike I have a question... JS Mapping (now SoloSam) has given permission for anyone that wants to convert Flint Hills to FS25. The post was on his The Holler map itch page.

Flint Hills is probably the greatest US farm map ever, next to Midwest Horizon.

I want to do this but I have no idea how to convert or where to start so I've begun researching. I can't even get the map to load into GE 10.0.6, I'm assuming I need to download FS19 era GE 8.0. How does one convert the map to at least just get it running in FS25?

Rustic American small farms are the best. You really captured the atmosphere with this one. Thank you No Creek Farms.

Autodrive.

Anyone found a decent autodrive course yet? I've created a basic start farm/coop/dealer but haven't created the fields yet.

This is an exceptional map! I did go into GE and delete the background mesh. The 2D trees took away from the detail, DJ did great on the background I just don't like fs25 trees for some reason.

SoloSAM! The Holler on '22 is one of my favorites, thank you for creating it.

I'm sure https://itch.io/profile/trainzmanuk will be all over this. They have the best autodrive courses.

Precision Farming seems to be working great with the map.

What are your thoughts on the upcoming precision farming? It's a feature I always really liked and curious if you plan on adding it.

Good grief you entitled child. You probably couldn't even C++ a chicken crossing the road for windows console. Go away.

Got it! Thank you

Update easy fix, copy your games new terrain shader (Farming Simulator 25\data\shaders) over to the map(FS25_MidwestHorizon\mapUS\config) and overwrite the old one.

Yep. Tested it on my sons PC 64gb and it runs fine Thank you.

Map loads to 100% then crashes to desktop while loading shaders.

Any ideas?

4070ti/i7-12700k 32gb ram Windows 11

I'm a little different because I like running FS @ 120fps so I always go into GE and delete all trees, excellent performance gains. But I did run your update 1.0.0.2 for a while vanilla and @ 2.0000 trees would pop in.

Moving the xml to 5.0000+ eliminated it. I've always edited the draw distances because the render circle is annoying, but I wouldn't worry about it as Giants themselves have said they've always had distance rendering issues.

Looking great! Still the best US map out for ‘25.

Are you sure they’ll mind? 😀

Do you have the original convert file still? I'm noticing some odd shadow effects pop in/out specifically driving vehicles/ Giants John Deere 4755 very noticeable. Possible issue on my end but would like to do some testing with the original roads.

Really nice work Mike. Getting rid of the old buildings makes a big difference and I like how you lowered the road edge at field 118 for water ingress. It's little details like that create immersion.

I personally like the original roads better, the sandstone color with imperfections and tar snakes fit the map but completely understand it's all part of updating for '25. Great work!

Probably my favorite map this generation of farm sim.

If you wish to plow up field 49 on the Luke farm, there are invisible underground tanks and bunkers with collisions directly behind the house/midfield.  I went into GE and deleted.

Thanks Antler22 for sharing this map with the community.

Outstanding.

My 4070ti is running a 16x map 141fps @ 52c with 75 mods.  How do you do it txzar? This is the map that will carry me through to FS25. Thank you txzar.

Awesome map! But your Medicine Creek is hard to beat thanks for breathing life back into fs22. It was starting to feel stale.

It looks and runs awesome thank you. I really like the start farm but can't stand green so off to GE for some color changes. I've never seen that house absolutely love it would be a nice standalone mod.

says the entitled kid that's never spent a minute in GE

Yes what I did.

My save #1... Loaded up GE and deleted loads of American Elm stage 01 trees, replace with bushes to fill.

My save #2... Loaded up GE and deleted ALL trees. Created my own tracks of forests at much thinner levels.

But, I love working in Giants Editor and understand most probably can't be bothered.

I have a 4070ti/1-7 12700k holding 141fps@60c on high settings. The map runs very well.

You have to paint over them with grass.

Did you unzip and place the correct folder into your mod folder?

wxGLContext is a class of OpenGL.
The error message can mean you have an outdated OpenGL version - verify you have the latest version of GE v9.0.6.
If you are on the latest version delete editor and re-install. I’ve had this issue before.

I can help you get GE loaded up but no offense my edit stays private out of respect for drmodding. Last time I shared a FS19 edit it wound up on multiple sites. What issues are you having with GE?

Primarily play on Midwest Horizon, this map caught my attention.

Very well put together. I am a performance nut so the first thing I did was load up the editor and deleted all trees, adding in thinner tracks of forest and fill. Few hours later my 4070ti is holding 141fps @ 60c.

Excellent creation DR thank you for sharing this with the community.
