I really love this game, normally I get bored of Suika-style stuff but this adds an incredible amount of strategy and replayability!
Two criticisms though:
- The game can really can use a save function of some kind for when matches are getting way too long due to neither of you able to lovestrike the other.
- In the full game, there’s so many items that it feels impossible to make a sort of “build” that you like. Like if I want to build around Expansion Elixir and Hypnotic Spirals to make my opponent’s burner overflow repeatedly, it takes.. a lot of rounds. Inventory management is easily the hardest part.
