Are you taking about in Haven? When does this happen an did you start the quest through the story or the cheat? I haven't had this issue reported before and not much has changed in Haven for 2 years. Did you do anything unusual?
it is coming from a save from 2024 on android although I did change to the most recent update (get the flyering). I did start it through the story and if i go back to before entering it still gives the issue. it does oddly enough give back the makeup when i go to leave. its not a big deal so ill either push through or try the fix suggested above.
