Hi graft. i wish i had though about it last time, but i have 2 questions.
1. When i was playing beyond shadowgate it didn't cross my mind at first, but what was the original story of Themeire? The ghost that's chasing you, the grave in the back yard, etc. idk if you had to change it to fit with beyond's story, but i was just curious.
2. i saw that uninvited 2 was coming and immediately added it to my wish list on steam. will there be a demo and is any chance of it coming out this year?
The original story of Themeire was a "Cult of Talimar" traveled to "the new world" (read; similar to our world's east coast USA), and tried to summon Talimar in the colonies. That ghost chasing you (Talimar's mother) would have come over on a ship, Dracula style.
As for The Uninvited 2; sadly, it won't com out this year, as the various team members, myself included, are currently fulfilling other contract with other studios. That's also why we didn't make a KickStarter, so we wouldn't be obligated to work on U2 just yet. Once we're done all of our respective jobs elsewhere, we're going to reconvene and work on U2
