Why was my game placed in quarantine?

Hello,

I recently noticed that all my games no longer appear in search results on itch.io. They are still online, but they can only be accessed through direct links. From what I understand, it seems that one of the projects may have been placed into quarantine, while the others appear to be deindexed. I may be mistaken, so I would appreciate your confirmation.

Could you please let me know if that is the case? If so, I would appreciate an explanation of the reason and clear instructions on what I need to do to restore normal search visibility.

Thank you for your help!

Wait and ignore.

One of your games is in quarantine. Two are indexed. And three have payments active and are nsfw and Itch delisted all such games last year.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it!

Do you know how long it usually takes? I have some promo plans with other developers and just want to understand the timing.

I do not know. Since they did not tell you, I would igore it and update and work on the project like you would without knowing that it is in quarantine.

Maybe this has answers for you.

Just following up on this thread. It’s been almost a month since my game was placed in quarantine, and I haven’t received any response yet.

I’m a bit concerned that there might be something required from my side to resolve this, but I’m not sure what exactly I should do. Is it normal for this kind of review to take this long?

I’d really appreciate any clarification regarding the quarantine status of my game.

Thanks!
