Second chance upgrade never unlocks, I've got Rare Chance Level 16 and it isn't available. Already tried restarting.
EDIT: It appeared after resetting for DM, even though I now don't have Rare Chance Level 15 anymore.
Thank you for letting me know, it was suppose to show a 2nd requirement below the 3 dashes but the UI needs some work, I have made some small changes to prevent it for now though, Thanks again it really helps!!
