I'm having a problem with the game. When the dialogue in the first level starts, it closes on its own, even though my laptop meets the requirements. Could you help me with this problem?

May be that OpenSSL crash relating to this older version of UE4 the game was built on having compatibility issues with newer gen CPUs. The easiest and temporary solution would be to try disabling your internet before launching the game (you may reenable it after launching) and it should prevent the crash from happening.
