They're not missing, you got to make her excitement points go up. The bottle drinking animation is for when you give her purple focus potions and the mentor refills them with spunk, and you feed them to her again.
i played for 3 hours lowering and increasing all the stats and the most i got was groping, the bottle gets refilled when empty but the animation doesnt play, weird stuff lol
