You have very specific criteria for a game. Try searching for "unicorn + RPG" in the game tags. You might find it there.

I have unicorns in one of my game but it's a simple endless runner.

Unfortunately, I have already tried that search, as well as every other relevant combination or term (MLP+ RPG, pony+RPG, equine+RPG, etc.). My only hope is that there is a game where unicorns are a race but they are just one among many and thus would not be represented in the titles or tags.
