Okay just read the manual. Well no wonder I couldn't find water. im was in a mountain area until just a bit ago. but now I'm going to die of dehydration.
I hope the manual helped - if you think it's too hard to find water in that region pls let me know where you were approximately and I'll look at some balancing. Food and water should be something you can't ignore on huge treks or when going on massive dungeon crawls to the depths, but at the same time it should not be punishing if you are trying to manage it but can't due to just a complete lack of resources in that region
