Reminds me of the Canadian PSA with the puppets called "Don't ya put it in your Mouth".
Not Canadian, but legit saw that on YouTube when I was younger and the song was super catchy.
Apparently, the Classic Cartoon Network Adult Swim Cartoon "Home Movies" parodied this with a kid making a video PSA about "not putting Marbles in your nose" and American Fans didn't get the joke.
