The game looks very nice, it’s clearly visible that a lot of effort was put into the art and overall presentation.
For me the gameplay felt quite short since there is only one simple level, so I would love to see more content or challenge if you continue working on it.
About the theme, I personally wasn’t sure how strongly it connects, since the goal seemed to be saving everyone and it was possible to do so.
I also understand that time management during a game jam is always difficult, so it’s totally normal that some parts end up smaller than planned.
Still, it’s a clean and pleasant entry visually. Good luck in the jam!
